Heat Tawa (dosa pan) pour 1/2 cup dosa batter spread it thick keep the flame very low, now sprinkle carrot, onion, green chilli over the carrot onion green chilli, spread chopped tomato and lengthwise tomato.

Pour ghee and gingelly oil over the dosa and around the dosa.sprinkle chilli flakes over the tomato.
close the lid and cook on medium flame 2 minutes. - 3
Flip the dosa carefully and cook another side. Remove from the pan and repeat same other dosa too.
