Grilled fish

Steps

Pour boiling hot water on the fish to remove the slimmy texture from the body, wash and use a knife to give patches on the body (this is to allow the tomatoes mix enter into the fish)

Heat up little quantity of oil into a pan, add grated ginger and garlic, pour the pepper mix, fry until the sour taste is gone, add spices and salt.

Rub the fried pepper mix all over the body of the fish to coat the body and inside including the patches made on the fish. Wrap with a foil paper, Grill for about 1 hour. Enjoy
