Take gram, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 red chilli powder, half hing,1/2 teaspoon mint powder

Add 1 table spoon oil and rub well in flour.

Knead tight dough using water.

Now take one ball from dough and roll into cylindrical form.

Roll all.

Boil 1 cup water. And add rolled gatte.

When colour of gatte changes check using knife,if it comes out clear then turn off the gas and take out rolled and cooked gatte from water.

Cool and cut into small pieces.

Heat rest of the oil.

Add rest of hing and carom seeds

When colour of carom seeds changes add degi mirch.

Now add cut pieces of gatte.

Add all spices except mint powder.

Shallow fry gatte.

Now add boiled water in which we have boiled gatte.

Boil it.

Now add buttermilk. And stir continuously till it start boiling.

Boil for 5 minutes.

Add mint powder and turn off the gas.

Serve hot with rice, fulka, paratha.
