4 servings

100 gramssoya granules
5chopped onions
1 chilli slitted
4 tablespoonsoil
2 tablespoonscurd
1 teaspoonHaldi powder
1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
PinchGaram Masala
to tasteSalt
Pinchsugar
1 teaspoonwhole coriander
as neededCurry patta

Steps

Boil boil Soya granules and squeeze it. Add dahi and dry masala Merinate. for half an hour
2

Take oil in a Kadhai add whole coriander and onion. Then add curry patta and chilli
3

After 5 minutes of prime add marinated Soya granules add salt cook for another 10 minutes
