Ingredients

3 cupsflour
1/4 cupsugar
1/4 cupyeast
Tspn nutmeg
3/4 cupwarm water
3/4 cupwarm milk
1/2 cupsugar

Steps

In a small bowl, mix 1/4 yeast and 1/4 sugar and warm milk, stir and keep for 5 mins

In a large bowl, sift flour, add ½ cup sugar, nutmeg and 3/4 cup warm water, add the yeast mix and make a dough, extra water might be needed

Cover and allow to rise until triple in size

Heat oil in a pan, begin to fry your puffs till golden brown
