Ingredients

10 minutes
8 servings
  • 2 cupsrice flour
  • 1 tbspbesan / gram flour
  • 100 gramsgreen onion
  • 1 tbspchilli garlic ginger paste
  • as per tasteSalt, turmeric, chilli powder
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, peel and chop green onion in chopper. Mix rice flour and besan. Add curd and required amount of water. Mix thoroughly. Add chopped onion to batter.

    Add all spices. Mix well.

    Season tava with oil and water. Cook on both sides. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
