Ponganalu is easy and tasty traditional evening snack prepared in Andhra Pradesh. Generally ponganalu is from left over dosa or idli batter .
Steps

Firstly collect all ingridents. Chop onion, green chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Take big bowl and combine all ingridents. Mix well.

Now slowly add the water little at a time to get a slightly thick batter.

Now add baking soda and mix well.
- 5
Heat oil for deep frying, when the oil gets hot put small droplets of the batter in the oil.

Fry in medium flame and in batches until the ponganalu is nicely golden.

Transfer to a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
- 8
Serve hot with any chutney of your choice and with a cup of tea or coffee.
