Ingredients

  1. 5 pcsMangoes
  2. 1 tablespoonGinger grated
  3. Garlic 1 cloves grated
  4. 1teaspoonCoriander powder
  5. Cumin powder half a teaspoon
  6. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric
  7. 1/4 teaspoonCardamom
  8. Ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon
  9. 1/4 teaspoonCinnamon powder
  10. Salt
  11. 1 cupVinegar
  12. 2 cupsSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil over medium heat.sauté the ginger and garlic for a minute.

    Add the spices and sauté for another minute.

  3. 3

    Add your washed diced and blended mangoes,sugar,salt,vinegar and stir to combine.

    Bring it to a rapid boil and reduce the heat,simmer for about an hour. Remove from heat and let it cool. Enjoy with your meals, if you're a spicy person you can add some chilli #enjoy.
