Ingredients

  1. 2round or long bottle guard grated
  2. 1big chopped onion
  3. 2green maxican pepper chopped
  4. 4 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 tablespoongrated ginger
  6. 1 tablespoonsalt
  7. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  9. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  10. 1 tablespooncumin powder
  11. Pinchblack pepper powder
  12. 1 tablespoonkitchen king or garam masala
  13. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  14. 1 teaspoonchili flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First in pan put some oil and roast cumin seeds+garlic+ginger

  2. 2

    Now after make it browned saute onions.make it crispy brown

  3. 3

    Add all the spices together

  4. 4

    Add grated bottle guard

  5. 5

    Cover the utensil and stay at low flame

  6. 6

    Check every after one minute

  7. 7

    Let continue for 7 to 8 minutes

  8. 8

    Now yummy healthy nutritious bottle guard bhurji is ready
