Steps

Wash chicken, put on fire and add seasoning

Shallow fry the chicken and keep aside

Blend the peppers not very smooth, cut the capsicums and onions, crushed garlic and ginger

Put little oil in a frying pan add the garlic and ginger paste, onions and shallow fry then the blended pepper fry for a while add your seasoning

Add the fry chicken together with the capsicums and allow to simmer for a minute and violah enjoy
