Steps
- 1
Measure all ingredients accurately.
- 2
Put all dry ingredients in a mixer and add the water a little at a time and mix using the dough beaters.
- 3
Remove the dough and weigh small lumps of dough each weighing 70g or 100g depending on the size of bus you want.
- 4
On a flat, clean surface roll the dough into balls and place on a greased oven tray and place on a warm surface to prove.
- 5
After doubling in size place the buns in an already preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- 6
When ready remove from oven and brush with a little amount of healthy oil then leave to cool.
- 7
Serve and enjoy your freshly baked buns!
