  1. QEEMA, 500 grm
  2. 1kg, Shimla mirch
  3. Payaz, 250 grm
  4. Tamatar, 250 grm
  5. Adrak, 50 grm
  6. Sabaz mirch, 30 grm
  7. Lahsun, 30 grm
  8. Namak, hasb e zaiqa
  9. Laal mirch, 1 chamach
  10. Haldi, 1/4 tesp
  11. Dara mirch, 1/2 tesp
  12. Zeera, 1 TESP
  13. Pani, 1 jug (1 litter)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sab se pehly Adrak aur dry ingredients k ilawa tamam masala jaat QEEMA mai daal kar 1 jug pani daal dain aur ache se galne k liye rakh dain.

    Gal Jae to AK side pe rakh dain.

    Ab oil mai Adrak aur dry ingredients ko ache se bhon lain.

  4. 4

    Ache se bhon lain to phir is mai galaya howa QEEMA daal kar oil chorne taq bhon lain.

  5. 5

    Ab Shimla mirch daal kar 2 minute bhone aur dam PAR 10 mint paka lain.

  6. 6

    Mazedaar QEEMA SHIMLA MIRCH tayar hai.
