  1. 1 cupboled tuvar dal
  2. 1 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1 tablespoonJaggery
  6. 1lemon juice
  7. 1/4 cuppeanut
  8. 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  9. 1 cupfinely chopped onions
  10. For tadka ingredient -
  11. 3 tablespoon oil
  12. 1 teaspoonmustard
  13. 1 teaspoonsesame seeds
  14. 1/2 teaspoonasafoetida
  15. 1 teaspoonkadi leaves / curry leaves
  16. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  17. For kachori dough --
  18. 1 cup wheat flour
  19. 1/4 cupcheakpea flour
  20. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  21. 1/2 teaspooncarrom seeds
  22. 1 teaspoonoil
  23. as requiredwater
  24. For kachori stuffing ingredient -
  25. 2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  26. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  27. 1 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  28. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  29. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  30. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander
  31. 1/2 teaspoonsgaram masala

    Make dough like paratha with kachori dough ingredients

    Mix all stuffing ingredient and mix well, make small sized tikki, keep aside.

    Make small size puries and stuff potato tikki in it and seal it and keep aside.

    In a pressure cooker add boiled tuvar dal,chopped tomatoes add 3 cup water, add salt, green chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, Blend it well with blender

    Add peanut and chopped onions and let it boil

    Add kachori prepared before

    Boil till kachori come out on surface

  8. 8

    Now in tadka pan add oil, Heat it add mustard, sesame seeds,asafoetida, kadi leaves, red chilli powder and pour this Tadka on dal kachori. Add chopped coriander and serve hot.
