Ingredients

  • 300 gAll purpose flour
  • 25 mlcooking oil
  • 2 gsalt
  • 9 ginstant Yeast
  • 180 mlluke warm water
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Onions
  • Green or red pepper
  • Ketchup
  • pre-cooked Pork or any other meat

  1. 1

    Pizza dough: sift flour in a bowl add cooking oil, salt, sugar, instant yeast and water little by little untill it forms a dough.

  2. 2

    Cover the dough with a wet towel for about 15-20 mins. The dough will have doubled in size.

  3. 3

    Knead and roll out into a circular shape. It should be about 0.5-1cm thick. Use a fork to pork the dough

    Spread ketchup on the dough evenly.

    Add your meat on top and sprinkle some more onions and peppers.

    Finish up by sprinkling mozzarella cheese on top.(be generous)Bake in a preheated oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees
