Fill the pot with 1/3 water

Add ginger, onion, whole black pepper, bay leaves, and meat - bring to boil until meat is tender

Add taro, okra, and sinigang mix while pot is boiling

While boiling add whole green chill pepper, tomatoes, and bokchoy last
- 5
Simmer until cook - add fish sauce to taste
