Wipe all gunda with cotton cloth, slit and remove seeds. Roast salt 5 min.on slow flame and let it cool. Peel keiry skin and grate. Roast crushed fenugreek and mustard. Heat oil on slow flame for 10 min.add dry red chilli let it cool mini. 5-6 hrs.

Now mix all masala and salt add 3-4 tbsp oil mix grated keiry. Mix properly and stuff in gunda. Now take a glass jar spread masala mixture and place all gunda sprinkle some masala and close lid tightly. Rest for 1day.

After one day, pour oil in aachhar mixture and stir well. Daily stir once in a day mini. 5-6days. And after 1week u can consume. Put jar in a freeze whole year so u will get same colour and texture any time. Tasty tasty Aacchaar is ready to serve.
