In a bowl take all ingredients of crust, mix well and knead it. Keep the dough for 15 min.

In a pan, take water, add maggi. Now add maggi masala. Cook till it prepare.

Now from dough take small balls and roll it in poori with the help of tolling pin and board.

Cut poori into 2 parts. Again make 1/2inch cut into 2part and first part remain as it is.

Now put first part on second part and stick on that with the help of water.Now, give shape of samosa.

Fill the maggi filling in it, stick it. Make all samosa like this.

Fry all samosa. Maggi samosa is ready, serve it with sauce or chutney.
