  • 4big size red tomato
  • 1/4 tspcumin
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper / red chilli
  • 1/4 tsp or according to tastesalt
  • 1 tspDesi ghee
  • A pinchhing / asafoetida
  • As requiredWater
  • As requiredSome Mint leaves / corinder leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut tomato.heat ghee,put cumin and Hing. crackle.then add tomato,salt and black pepper mix well.saute,cook tomato soft.mash add water..2-3 boil.add mint leaves,gas off,serve with chapati / rice
