  1. 2eggs
  2. 1/2 cupoats
  3. 1medium onion chopped
  4. 1medium capsicum chopped
  5. 1medium tomato chopped
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tspPav bhaji masala
  8. 1.5 tsplemon juice
  9. 1 tspfresh coriander chopped
  10. 3 slicescut into thin strips
  11. 1/2 +1/4 tsp salt
  12. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  13. 3 tspoil
  14. 3 tspbutter

    Mix eggs,oats 1/4th tsp salt and black pepper

    Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.saute till pink.thn add chopped onions.

    Add tomatoes,capsicum,salt,lemon juice and pav bhaji masala. Keep this filling aside.sprinkle fresh coriander.

    Cut bread into thin strips. Adjust the filling on bread.

    In another pan,put some butter and pour just 1 tbsp of eggs oats batter in the centre and spread it nicely

    Now set the bread strip on this oats batter and roll it.

    Roast it with some butter from all the sides till light brown. Do the same for all.
