Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgboiled white chickpeas
  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cupsweet & sour tamarind chutney
  • 1chopped medium tomato (For garnishing)
  • 1chopped medium onion (For garnishing)
  • Few chopped coriander leaves(For garnishing)
  • Few papri (For garnishing)
  • 1 tspchat masala (For sprinkling)
  • Sweet & Sour Tamarind Chutney
  • 1 cuptamarind pulp
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • According to taste salt
  • 1.5 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chickpeas & potatoes. Keep them aside

  2. 2

    For chutney, heat a pan & add tamarind pulp, red chilli flakes, sugar & salt along with water. Let them cook then blend them.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas & potatoes along with sweet & sour tamarind chutney.Mix well.

  4. 4

    Garnish with chopped tomato, onion, coriander leaves & papri.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle chat masala on top.
