Ingredients

  1. 1Onion :
  2. Tomato:1
  3. Potato:1
  4. Beans:15
  5. Green peas
  6. Chilli:1
  7. Carrot:1 -2 big ones
  8. cupBasmati rice:1

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all the vegetables. Soak basmati rice in water (rice:water :: 1 : 1.5)

    Cooker : 2tsp oil + jeera + tomato + onion + ginger garlic paste + cloves (3) + cardamom (3) + cinnamon (1)+bay leaf (1)+pepper + chilli (2)+pinch turmeric

    Now add all the vegetables + soaked rice(with water)

  4. 4

    Add salt + 1tsp tomato sauce + 1tsp lemon juice + kottambari leaf(coriander leaves).+ 1tsp ghee

  5. 5

    Close the lid and keep it for 2 whistle in the cooker.

  6. 6

    Now add the raisins + cashews fried in ghee to the pulav.

  7. 7

    Serve it with salad and bread crumbs
