Steps

Heat oil in a kadhai.

Add jeera to it.

Add onion puree to it & brown it or dehydrate it well.

Add tomato puree after onion dehydrated & dehydrate tomato also well until oil appears.

Add all spices to it & cook well.

Hydrate it with some water or add some water into it.

Add this masala to boiled & mashed vegetables.

Cook it for few minutes or until oil appears on sides & serve hot with pav & onions.
