Prepare your onions, tomatoes, garlic and keep them ready to start cooking plus the rice.

Fry your onions. Add garlic. Then add the tomatoes.

When the tomatoes are well cooked, wash and add your rice and cook for 3 to 5 minutes while stirring and in a low heat to avoid it from sticking on the Sufuria.

Now add the measured water ratio rice to water, 1:1.5 and bring it to boil then cover and cook in a low heat.

The food is now ready. Serve and enjoy with a glass of juice.
