Cooking Instructions
- 1
Let's start by making the flour, by grinding old fashion rolled oatmeal in the blender or food processor until you have a fine powder. Sift the powder. This will take a few minutes. You will have left overs for future use. Store it in a air tight container.
- 2
Mix 1 c water and add 1/4 c Oatmeal flour. Heat it to boil continue mixing. Turn off and Whisk for 1 minute if the mixture is not smooth to taste.
- 3
You will get a smooth cream like cereal. Also you will get additional mixture to freeze and use in the future.
- 4
To change the flavor you can add other ingredient. I blended the banana and added 1 onz of the oatmeal mixture. Process together for a few seconds and you are ready to feed a happy baby.
