Blend oil, eggs, syrup, baking soda, salt in a bowl.

In larger bowl, blend the flours.

Fold the wet ingredients into the flours until all ingredients are wet. Then add chocolate chips.

Form into golf sized balls and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

Place on highest rack in a 350 oven for 14 minutes. When done, cool on a wire rack.
