Prepare aaloo masala
2potatoes (boiled)
1tspn cumin
1tspn mustard (Rai)
1tspn ginger garlic paste
to tastesalt
1 tbspnred chilli powder
1tspn tumeric
1tspn coriander powder
2 tbspnbesan
1small onion (chopped)
1green chilli (chopped)
2 tbspnoil
Prepare dough
1 cupflour (maida)
1tspn salt
3 tbspnghee
water as required
