Steps

First make dough by mixing all ingredients and add water to make soft dough cover it properly and put it on warm place for 2 hours

Now add 2 tbsp of oil in pan and fry onion till pinkish color cut onion in omlete style add chicken ginger all sauces salt black peper and cook it well for 5 to 7 mints

Now tap dough on slab and divide it into small parts and make small balls And rest it for 5 mints

Now flatten k balls put chicken filling and agaon gove it shape of balls

Preheat oven for 15 mints i make it in pateela which iz preheated for 15 mints

Grease the mould with oil put balls in the mould side by side brush them with beaten egg sprinkles kolanji and seasam seeds and put it in pateela and cover pateela properly

Bake them for 25 mints chicken buns are ready brush them with melted butter imdately after taking out of oven to keep them soft
