Ingredients

  • 1.5 KgBeef Mince
  • 1 1/2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 cupmaize flour (makai ka aata)
  • 3Medium size Onion Chopped
  • 3Medium Size tomatoes Chopped
  • 3Green Chillies Chopped
  • 1 CupFresh Coriander Chopped
  • 3Eggs Scrambled
  • 3 TbsLemon Juice
  • 1Egg Whisked
  • 2 TbsDry Coriander Coarsley Crushed
  • 1 TbsAnnar Daana Crushed
  • 3 tbspDry roadted anaar daana
  • 3 TbsDry Coriander
  • Chapli Kabab Masala Ingredients
  • 2 TbsZeera (Cumin)
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 1& 1/2 Tsp Ajino moto
  • 3 Tspmeat tenderiser
  • 3 Tspleveled Ajwaain (Crushed with Palm)
  • 1&1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbspRed chilli flakes,heaped
  • 1&1/2 tsp black pepper crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Making of chapli kabab masala:
    Dry roast anaar daana (dry pomegranate seeds) 3 tbsp,Dry coriander 3 tbsp,
    Zeera (cumin) 2 tbsp
    And grind them coarsley.
    Now add salt 2 tsp,ajino moto 1 1/2 tsp, meat tenderiser or kachri powder 3 tsp, Ajwaain (crushed with palm) 3 tsp level, garam masala(all spices powder) 1 1/2 tsp, Red chilli flakes 2 tbsp heaped, black pepper crushed 1 1/2 tsp.

    Mix all these ingredients well,and keep in air tight jaar for use later.This masala is enough for 1.5 kg mince meat.

    Wash n strain beef mince 1.5 kg
    Remove excess water carefully. Water will ruin chapli kababs.
    Press tight to remove excess water. Now chopparize (qeema) with prepared chapli kabab masala, along with 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,
    We just need a little mix.
    Now transfer into deep bowl and add 1 cup maize flour (makai ka aata).
    Mix well n cover and leave it in a refrigerator.
    Meanwhile cut the veges.

    Now chop tomatoes 3 medium sized,onions 3 medium sized chopped,green coriander 1 cup chopped,green chillies 3 chopped. Add these veges into qeema (mincemeat)
    Now add scrambled egg 3,
    Lemon juice 3 tbsp, Whisked egg 1,Dry coriander (coarsley crushed) 2 tbsp,Anaar daana crushed 1 tbsp,now mix all these ingredients well.

    Now make chapli kabas and shallow fry on tawa Don't turn till 1 side cooks completely,
    Flip over with the help of two spetulas.U can also put tomato slice on kabab And serve these kabas with raita n garlic Naan.
