Ingredients

1.1 poundsground chicken (about 500 grams)
2medium potatoes
1 bunchparsley
dill
3 clovesgarlic, minced
1onion
1 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
1/2 teaspoonpaprika
1/4 teaspoonginger
1 teaspoonmixed spices (to taste)
2 tablespoonsolive oil

Boil the potatoes until cooked, then mix all the ingredients together.

Shape the mixture into logs or patties.

Lightly grease a baking tray with oil, place the kofta on it, and bake in the oven until golden brown. Enjoy!
