Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsuji
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2 cupgrated bottle gourd
  4. 1 cupfinally chopped onions
  5. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspoongarlic ginger paste
  9. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl along with ½ cup of water and mix well.

    Heat and grease a non-stick tava using of oil. Pour batter on the tava and spread it.

  3. 3

    Cook it both side golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately.
