Steps

Wash daal keep aside

Now heat a pan,add 4 cuos water,add salt and turmeric and place daal and boil it

Now in a sauce pan prepare tadka,add ghee,put cumin and asafoetida

Add onion,green chilli and tomato saute it

Now place spices and mix it,cook till by cover the pan
- 6
After few minutes add daal and cook for few minutes,serve hot.
