Heat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Season chops with salt and pepper

In a pan, sear the chops by frying them on each side for 90 seconds. Remove and out in an oven proof dish and set aside.

In the same pan add the butter and mushroom and mixed herbs
- 5
Then add in the milk cream and flour and reduce the heat so the sauce thickens
- 6
Pour the sauce over the chops and add to the oven for 30 minutes. Remove frombthe oven and serve
