8Roma Tomatoes, slice in quarters. 20 grape tomatoes, cut in half, can be substituted
8 teaspoonsGrated Parmesan
Ground Black Pepper

Steps

Quarter each tomato. Place on foil covered, small cookie sheet.

Cover each tomato quarter with 1/4 teaspoon of Parmesan.

Grind pepper over all tomatoes to taste.

Place in oven under broiler for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese starts to slightly brown. Serve immediately.
