First dry roast the ragi flour then add salt and slowly incorporate hot water and make a dough.

Now grease your palms and make balls and steam the balls for ten mins not more else will become hard. In a mixy jar add coconut, green chilli and pinch of salt.

Now make a fine paste with very little water and keep aside. In a pan add oil heat to it add mustard seeds curry leaves and hing once mustard seeds splutter add the steamed ragi balls and mix well.

Lastly add the coconut and mix well and serve.
