For the rice, parboil your rice, wash nd strain

Pour some oil in the pot nd add some onions nd fry a little, then add your pepper nd fry.

Pour in your vegetables, curry, seasoning and spices, then stir.

Add little amount of water and allow to boil..then add your rice and allow to cook.

For the salad..Wash your lettuce,cucumber,tomatoes and boiled eggs nd cut..

Grate your carrots

Then dress your salad with salad cream and serve
