Heat butter in a pan.Add chopped garlic and ginger.roast it.Now add onion and green chilli. Roast few minutes.

Now add chopped veggies. Mix well. Roast for 2-3 minutes.. Add Schezwan chutney and tomato sauce with required salt.Add paneer pieces and Mix well.Keep aside. You can use scrambled paneer.

Cut the bread slices of round shape or only cut it's edges Now heat a non-stick tawa.Add some butter and roast bread slices on low flame till light golden brown It should not be too much crispy.

Put these slices in a plate and place a Cabbage or lettuce patta then filling. Now drop some sauce and Chutney over it. Garnish with coriander leaves and Namkeen sev.

Now fold these pieces with toothpicks and serve.
