1 cupsoaked moong daal
to tastesalt
A pinchasafoetida
s neededoil for fry
2 bowlcurd
to tastesalt
2 tsproasted cumin
to tastered chilli

Soak the daal and grind well with less water,beat by hands,mix salt and,asafoetida and deep fry small balls in hot oil

Another side make 1 big vessel lukewarm water,mix salt and put all pakodi in this

At serving time beat curd,place spices
4

Take a bowl place pkaodi,pour curd and serve
