Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupwhite rum
  2. 1/4 cupmint leaves, coarsely chopped
  3. 1/4 cuplime juice
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1 tbspsugar
  6. zest of 2 limes
  7. 1.5 tspsalt
  8. 1 lbshrimp
  9. cilantro, diced

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk together rum, mint, oil, sugar, lime zest, cilantro, and salt

    Add shrimp, coat with mixture, and let stand for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Skewer shrimp and grill or boil until bright pink and sizzling
