  • Fresh cat fish
  • Onions
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Seasoning
  • Pepper soup spice
  • Oregano
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the fish and set aside

  2. 2

    In a pot add your grinded scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic paste, onions, seasoning, salt, oregano, pepper soup spice and water and allow to boil for 10-15mnts

  3. 3

    Add the fresh fish and allow to cook
