Ingredients

1 pkt hakka noodles
2onion, shimla mirch
1 tspsalt, red chilli powder
1 tsptomato sauce
1 tspsoya sauce

Steps

Take a cattle and add 1glass hot water and add hakka noodles in it

Boil hakka noodles after that take out in the other pot and allow to cool the noodles

Now take a frypan add 1tsp hot oil, add add chopped onion.

After 2 minutes add all spices and tomato sauce,soya sauce and mix it.

Add dry hakka noodles and mix well.

After 2min.hakka noodles is ready

Hakka noodles is a indo-chinese dish. And indo chinese use only black pepper or white pepper or both and not red pepper
