Paneer -papdi-spindles

In a mixing bowl add paneer,lemon juice,ginger paste,black pepper,onion powder, salt and mix well.

Marrinate for 30 min.

Take a pan,Add water,oil, salt,noodles and mix well.
and Bring it to a boil. Remove it from the heat And drain the noodles. - 4
Transfer it in a bowl and add corn flour and mix well. Sprread it on a plate. And rest for 30 min.

Meanwhile marinate paneer coat with roasted papad churi for more crisp.

NowTake a skewer and pick it in the paneer cube.

Lay few stands of long noodles straight place paneer cube at one of noodle sand rotate completely wrapping paneer with noodles.

Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry these untill turns golden brown and crisp.

Drain it on Tissue paper.

Serve with chutney or sauce..
