Ingredients

  1. 300 gmTinda
  2. 2onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  5. as requiredOil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tbspaamchurn
  11. 1/2 bowlmalai

Cooking Instructions

    Peel tinda, wash it, deep fry, after cool cut in between

  2. 2

    Take a bowl mix all dry masale,fill this mixture in between of tinda

  3. 3

    Take pan heat oil add paste of onion tomato ginger garlic.

  4. 4

    Fry it until oil separate then add filed tinda cover with lid.cook 10-15 minutes.

    Now add malai in this veg mix it well and garnish with green coriander leaves.
