1whole Onion
2 tbspOlive Oil
to tastePaprika
1 tincooked chickpeas
1ring of chorizo (Can add other meat too)
to tastevinegar
1Bell Pepper (Optional)

Steps

40 mins

Fry diced onions and slices of chorizo in a pan of oil until cooked.

Optional; add chopped pepper.

Add paprika and chickpeas and fry for two minutes.
4

Add vinegar and fry for half a minute.
5

Add tinned tomatoes and cook for a further 10 minutes.
6

Season with salt and pepper to taste
