Take a bowl add finely chopped beetroot, onions, besan, chopped garlic, ginger paste, salt to taste, chopped chillies, chat masala and freshly shopped chopped coriander leaves. Add little water and mix it well. Heat the frying add 3 to 4 tablespoons of cooking oil. Fry the pakoras on low to medium flame. Crispy beetroot pakoras ready to serve. Sprinkle chat masala while serving.
