Shami kabab: in a pressure cooker place all the whole garam masala, red chillies, ginger garlic, chana dal, minced meat, salt and water. Boil till 3 whistles. Open lid and Cook till the keema is dry. Cool and grind to a fine paste like texture. Then mix all the onion, green chillies and coriander leaves and tomatoes. Mix beaten egg.

Make big kababs and shallow fry till golden from both sides on medium high flame. Cut each kabab into 3 portions

Roti: take all ingredients and make a soft dough using warm water. Let it rest for 10 mins. Make small rotis with it.

Rolls: place some mozarella cheese on the roti, then place kabab strips and again grated cheese on it. Roll the rotis. Heat a pan brush some oil on it. Place the rolls in the pan and fry till crispy and golden.

Yogurt dip: mix all ingredients together and whisk well. Place in a small dip bowl

Serve the hot cheesy shami kabab rolls with the yogurt dip
