In a clean bowl sift flour,add salt,baking powder n whisky, add in ur butter n mix with ur clean hand until resemble bread crumb

Add in your,vinegar, cold water little by little n mix until desired texture is achieved.bring it to ur working table n knead for 10 min until smooth. Put it into a grease bowl,cover n allow it to rest for 20minutes.

Peel,wash dice potatoes, n carrot,dice other vegis set aside

Add veg.oil on ur saucepan, saute onion n add ur minced garlic, all to cook for some minutes, add ur minced meat fry until turn a bit brown add water and allow to cook for some minutes.

Add in ur potatoes, carrot,rodo,spices, seasoning, cover n allow it to cook for 4 minutes.

Prepare your binder(3tbsp of flour mix with ¼ cup of water),pour it into the filling,cover n allow to simmer,add in ur sweet pepper n spring onion.Remove n allow it to cool down before use.

Get ur dough,knead,cut into balls,take each ball,knead,spread n place on ur meat pie cutter. Add in d filling n press down. Continue until u finish d balls.

Place on your baking tray,egg wash n bake for 15 -20min.on a pre heated oven
