Jb tender hojai to red chilli powder salt aur sabot garam masala Daal kr mix krain aur low flame per 5 minutes ka lia pakain but zayada thick nahi krna runny rakhni hai consistency q ka thandi hona ka bad aur thick hojai gi.

5 minutes bad khati methi Chutney tayar hai. Air tight container mai store krain 2 sa 3 months ka lia magar gela spoon use nai Krna warna kharab hojai gi.
