Pick beans to remove stones and Dirt.wash and cook,add seasoning before salt,cook till soft, then mash with stick,set aside.

Wash and slice onions,wash and grate ginger,set aside. Put a dry pot on low/medium heat,add oil,allow to be hot,add ginger,pepper, stir,fry till onions is crispy... Turn off heat, top on beans

Wash and cook, add seasoning before salt, cook till soft

Them mash with stick, set aside.
