Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchauli beans soaked overnight
  2. 1Onion roughly chopped
  3. 1 inchpiece ginger grated
  4. 1/4 tspajwain
  5. 1 pinchbaking soda
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspchilli flakes
  8. 1/2 tsppepper
  9. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  10. 1green chilli
  11. 1/4 tsphaldi
  12. as requiredOil to fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Strain and put the chauli in a mixer grinder. Add all the other ingredients to it except oil, baking soda and coriander leaves. Grind to get a paste. Now add the coriander leaves and baking soda. Mix well. Shape into small balls and deep fry in hot oil. Enjoy!
