In a bowl take besan.

Add dry spices acc to taste like salt, chilli, chaat masala.

Add ajwain and turmeric.

Now add chopped spinach amd green onion.

Now add water to make a thick batter(not water, Thicker then usual pakoda batter).

Now add lemon juice and baking soda.

Now deep fry round pakodas of this batter.

Serve with chutneys of your choice.
