Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupChopped spinach
  2. 1/2 cupGreen onion chopped
  3. 1 cupBesan
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. as per tasteRed chilli
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  7. 1/2 tspChaat masala
  8. 1 pinchBaking soda
  9. 1/2 tspCarom/ajwain half tsp
  10. 1 tbspLemon juice
  11. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take besan.

  2. 2

    Add dry spices acc to taste like salt, chilli, chaat masala.

  3. 3

    Add ajwain and turmeric.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped spinach amd green onion.

  5. 5

    Now add water to make a thick batter(not water, Thicker then usual pakoda batter).

  6. 6

    Now add lemon juice and baking soda.

  7. 7

    Now deep fry round pakodas of this batter.

  8. 8

    Serve with chutneys of your choice.
